NEW YORK | The nine Skyline Conference head women's lacrosse coaches have cast their ballots on the 2026 edition of the All-Skyline team, and Farmingdale State College junior attack
Carly Livingston (Farmingdale, N.Y.) was selected as its Offensive Player of the Year for the second time to highlight a list of six Rams named to the all-conference team.
Livingston and fellow seniors, attack
Emily Sohm (Seaford, N.Y.) and midfielder
Molly Espey (West Hempstead, N.Y.) were all selected to the All-Skyline First Team, while defenders
Rebecca Lohman (So.; Levittown, N.Y.) and
Sabrina Middleton (So.; Lake Grove, N.Y.) joined junior goalkeeper
Giavanna Stamatelo (Levittown, N.Y.) in garnering second-team accolades.
The 2024 Skyline Conference Offensive Player and Rookie of the Year, Livingston has now been selected to the All-Skyline First Team for the third time in as many seasons. A two-time All-Boardwalk Region Second Team honoree, she enters next week's Skyline Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship as the conference's leader in assists per game (2.63, No. 14 in Division III) and points per game (5.88, No. 17 in Div. III), along with her totals of 52 goals, 42 assists and 94 points. Livingston is one of only two players in program history to score 300-plus career points (304), including the only third-year performer, and the four-time Skyline Offensive Player of the Week is the FSC career leader with an average of 5.74 points per contest.
Sohm collects first-team kudos after earning All-Skyline Second Team recognition in each of her first two seasons with the team. She will enter the conference tourney with a total of 35 goals for the third-straight season, and ranks second on the team with 47 points. Sohm's career-high nine goals on March 24 against Skyline foe Manhattanville University are tied for the program's single-game record, and came one week after being recognized as the conference's Offensive Player of the Week.
Espey is a two-time all-conference second team selection, and now adds a first-team citation to her resume after leading Farmingdale State with 57 draw controls and 39 ground balls to date. She has registered 32 points on 22 goals and 10 assists to date, and her career 219 draw controls and 128 ground balls rank third and fourth on the program's all-time list, respectively. Espey's 3.56 draw controls per game average is the No. 8 mark in the Skyline this spring, and her 2.44 ground balls per game average sits at No. 13.
A one-time Skyline Defensive Player of the Week selection on March 2, Lohman has swiped a team-high 18 turnovers in her first year as a starter for the Rams, while also picking up 19 ground balls.
Middleton is in her first year with Farmingdale State, and stepped into the starting defense to post totals of 18 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers.
Stamatelo is a repeat second-team honoree, and ranks third in program history with her 468 career saves thus far. The March 30 Skyline Defensive Player of the Week, her 141 saves this campaign are the 29th-best mark in Division III. Stamatelo, who was the Most Outstanding Player of the 2024 Skyline Conference Championship, has eight double-digit save outings to her credit this season and enters the conference championship with a 10.71 goals against average.
Farmingdale State compiled a 7-9 record during regular-season action, and a 6-2 mark versus Skyline competition. The Rams have a first-round bye in the six-team 2026 Skyline Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship, and will play host to a semifinal game against a to-be-determined opponent on Wednesday night, April 29.
