Baruch - 8, Farmingdale State - 1

Flushing, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's tennis team traveled to the U.S. National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y. to play a non-conference match versus Baruch College last night and fell, 8-1.

The Bearcats (4-3) swept all three doubles matches before capturing the first five points in singles competition. At #6 singles, freshman Chris Molchan (Mattituck, N.Y.) won the tie-breaking third set, 10-7, as he produced the Rams (0-4) only point of the match.

Farmingdale State next travels to play Skyline Conference opponent Sarah Lawrence on Wednesday, March 28th at 6:00 p.m.
