Newburgh, N.Y. - In Skyline Conference men's tennis action this afternoon, Farmingdale State earned a 9-0 shutout victory at Mount Saint Mary College.
Sophomore's Tyler Danzy (Central Islip, N.Y.) and Chris Hunter (Melville, N.Y.) carded a 8-1 win at first doubles for the Rams (9-3, 4-1). Freshman Daniel Kafka (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) and junior Kevin Palacios (Glen Cove, N.Y.) paired for an 8-5 win in the #2 slot, while freshmen Karuppiah Karuppiah (Trichy, India) and Aravind Mahalingam (Hyderabad, India) rounded out the doubles sweep with an 8-4 victory in the #3 position.
The Rams won all six singles matches and tomorrow will play host to Yeshiva on Senior Day at noon.
