NEW YORK | The Skyline Conference and New Jersey Athletic Conference released their winter weekly reports Tuesday morning, and four track and field student-athletes received weekly honors from the NJAC, while one women's basketball player was cited on the Skyline's weekly honor roll.

NJAC Women's Report
The Rams track and field teams took part in the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge last weekend (Fri.-Sat.), as a pair of student-athletes in each gender received weekly praise from the NJAC for their performances.
On the men's side, junior
Daniel Bamfo (Lake Grove, N.Y.) garnered Field Athlete of the Week honors after leaping to a regional-qualifying mark of 14.25m (46-9) to win in the triple jump (the third-best mark in program history), while sophomore
Gabriel Aguilar (Levittown, N.Y.) received Track Athlete of the Week kudos after winning the mile run with a time of 4:57.27.
The women's pair of junior
Loamy Maldonado (Brentwood, N.Y.) and freshman
Victoria DeGraw (Kerhonkson, N.Y.) took home Track and Rookie of the Week accolades, respectively. Maldonado placed second in the 800-meter run with a time of 3:34.85, while DeGraw placed second in the shot put with a mark of 12.18m (39-11.5) – good for second in Farmingdale State history.
Women's Basketball (7-4, 5-2 Skyline) | Skyline Report
Farmingdale State has now won five of its last six outings, including Skyline victories last Tuesday against Yeshiva (49-41) and Saturday at conference finalist Manhattanville (64-57).
Sophomore forward
Taneece Wooden (Freeport, N.Y.) earned a weekly honor roll nod from the Skyline after averaging 14 points, seven rebounds and two steals per game over the pair of wins for FSC, which sits tied for third in the Skyline standings heading into the new calendar year.
The Rams are back at home on Saturday, January 4, when they play host to Brooklyn College in a noontime non-conference game.

FSC battled national mainstay Swarthmore (Pa.) College throughout their contest on Thursday night, falling 66-64 on a buzzer-beating layup. Senior point guard
Jevon Santos (Elmont, N.Y.) dropped in a game-high 15 points for the Rams, who are back in action December 29-30 at the University of Saint Joseph Holiday Invitational in West Hartford, Conn. Farmingdale State opens play on the first day of the tournament at 1 p.m. against the host Blue Jays, before facing either Western Connecticut State or Connecticut College to round out action the following day.
