New Haven, Conn. - The Farmingdale State men's indoor track team finished in a tie for third place out of 14 teams at the Collegiate Track Conference Relays held at Yale University.

Junior Edward Brown IV (Bay Shore, N.Y.) finished first in the weight throw with an ECAC qualifying toss of 53' 8". Junior Donnell Jones (Brooklyn, N.Y.) (6.63m) and sophomore Alix Lamarre (North Bellmore, N.Y.) (6.54m) finished second and fifth, respectively in the long jump.

The 4x200m relay team of Jones, Akeem Watts (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Brown and Deshaun Thomas (Jamaica, N.Y.) finished third and qualified for the ECAC's with a time of 1:33.78.
