COMPLETE RESULTS
PHILADELPHIA | The second and final night of the 2026 New Jersey Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships wrapped up late Friday, and the Farmingdale State College men's team placed fifth with a total of 46 points, while the Rams' women's contingent finished seventh (16 pts.).

FSC men's junior thrower Adonias Mercado (Hillsdale, N.Y.) picked up his second victory of the competition, pacing the field in the weight throw with a mark of 16.81 meters (55 feet, 2 inches). The Rams also had three student-athletes place in the triple jump event, led by freshman Jaden Cesar's (Queens, N.Y.) fourth-place distance of 13.94m (45-9). Senior Daniel Bamfo (Lake Grove, N.Y.) captured fifth place with a mark of 13.87m (45-6.25), while freshman Christian Destine's (Rosedale, N.Y.) leap of 13.43m (44-0.75) was good for seventh place.

Junior Matthew Rintoul (Lake Grove, N.Y.) registered an eighth-place, personal-record time of 1:58.60, before teaming with freshman Xavier Anthony (Dix Hills, N.Y.), senior Dontay Taylor (Layou, St. Vincent and the Grenadines) and sophomore Aaron Rivera (Levittown, N.Y.) to clock a sixth-place time of 3:26.88 in the 4x400 meter relay. Taylor (22.35) and Anthony (22.66) posted personal-best times in the 200 meter dash, as did Rivera in the 800 meter run (2:01.75).

Sophomore Alice Valenzuela earned seventh place in the women's 400 meter dash with her season-best time of 1:01.15, and later combined with senior Olivia Finnegan (Massapequa, N.Y.), freshman Amelia Vitale (Hauppauge, N.Y.) and junior Ifeoluwa Longe (Roosevelt, N.Y.) to place sixth in the 4x400 meter relay with their time of 4:14.81 – the third best mark in program history. Rounding out FSC's scoring was sophomore thrower Victoria DeGraw (Kerhonkson, N.Y.), whose personal-best mark of 12.64m (41-5.75) in the weight throw was good for eighth place and improved her fifth-place standing on the Rams' all-time performance list.

In addition to some student-athletes attending Sunday's (March 1) TCNJ Last Chance Meet at the Ott Center in Philadelphia, Farmingdale State's qualifiers will next compete March 6-8 at the All-Atlantic Region Championships from the Nike Track & Field Center at the Armory in New York City.
