JACKSONVILLE, N.C. |Â The Farmingdale State College golf team rounded out its three-day stint at the 53rd Camp Lejeune Invitational Sunday, carding a 303 (+15) as a team to finish the 54-hole event in 12th place.
Junior
Luke O'Grady-Rodgers (Carmel, N.Y.) fired a +2 round of 74 to lead the Rams, and finished the tournament in a 45th-place tie with 225 strokes (+9). Shooting identical 4-over-par rounds of 76 on Sunday were junior
Padruig Douglas (Northport, N.Y.) and freshman
Philip Connolly (Garden City, N.Y.), as the pair rounded out the weekend at 224 (+8; tied for 42nd) to finish one stroke ahead of O'Grady-Rodgers.
Sophomore
Rishi Talwar (East Farmingdale, N.Y.) carded a 77 (+5) on the final day en route to a weekend score of 230 (+14), while freshman
Luke Grebinar (Leominster, Mass.) closed out the competition with a score of 85 (+13).
