Sean Conroy (Staten Island, N.Y.) and
Michael Notias (Manhasset, N.Y.) combined to score 42 points to guide the Farmingdale State men's basketball team to an 85-74 Skyline Conference victory over Sarah Lawrence College on Wednesday evening. The Rams improved to 17-3 overall and 10-1 in Skyline Conference play with the win.
FSC led 20-19 just eight minutes in and used back-to-back baskets by sophomore guard

James Notias (Manhasset, N.Y.) converted a three-point play, classmate
Michael Spisto (Staten Island, N.Y.) knocked down a 3-pointer, and senior guard
Robbie Siechen (Syracuse, N.Y.) added two layups to put Farmingdale State ahead by 13, 34-21.
The Rams were up 10 and closed the half with 3's by Conroy and Siechen to take a 45-29 lead into the halftime break.Â
Farmingdale State maintained at least an 11-point advantage throughout the second half and led by as many as 18.
Conroy hit back-to-back 3-pointers with 12 minutes remaining to put FSC in front, 63-45.
The Rams were ahead by 11 with two minutes to play and used layups by
Liam Buckley (Manhasset, N.Y.), Conroy and M. Notias down the stretch as they went on for the 85-74 victory.
Conroy finished with 23 points, including five 3-pointers, while M. Notias produced 19 points, six assists and three rebounds. Siechen tallied 11 points, four rebounds, a block and a steal and Buckley recorded nine points and four rebounds. Junior forward
Kentrell Evans (Brooklyn, N.Y.) finished with five points and a game-high 11 rebounds and J. Notias scored eight points in just 12 minutes off the bench.
The Rams will next play host to Old Westbury in a Skyline matchup on Saturday, February 7th at 1:00 p.m. on Alumni Day.
