ITHACA, N.Y. | Farmingdale State College sophomore 
Adonias Mercado (Hillsdale, N.Y.) was named as an All-Region performer at this weekend's (Friday-Saturday) 2025 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Championship, as he placed fourth in the shot put with a personal-record mark of 15.28 meters (50-1 3/4).
For Mercado, the mark is good for third on the Rams' all-time top-10 performance list, sitting only behind Karl Johnson (52-4, in 1974) and Greg Llewellen (51-4 1/2, in 1976), and is the top performance in FSC's NCAA era (since 2000-01).
Junior 
Daniel Bamfo (Lake Grove, N.Y.) finished just outside of All-Region status with his ninth-place leap of 13.83m (45-4 1/2) in the triple jump, while the 4x200 meter relay squad of freshman 
Nathaniel White (Mamaroneck, N.Y.), junior 
Samuel Aladegboungbe (Bay Shore, N.Y.), sophomore 
Isaiah Harrilal (Deer Park, N.Y.) and junior 
Dontay Taylor (St. Vincent and the Grenadines) placed ninth with their time of 1:31.32.
In women's action, the quartet of senior 
Olivia Finnegan (Massapequa, N.Y.), sophomore 
Ifeoluwa Longe (Roosevelt, N.Y.), freshman 
Alice Valenzuela (Elmont, N.Y.) and senior 
Alexxis McNeil (Valley Stream, N.Y.) combined to place 11th in the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:51.32.
