EAST MEADOW, N.Y. | Farmingdale State carded a team score of 289 (+1) in round one of the 2025 Skyline Conference Men's Golf Championship, played Sunday at Eisenhower Park's White Course. The Rams sit 26 strokes ahead of second-place St. Joseph's-Long Island (+27, 315) heading into Monday's final round.
Junior Padruig Douglas (Northport, N.Y.) leads the individual field after carding a 3-under par 69, highlighted by a 4-under on the front nine.
Junior Luke O'Grady-Rodgers (Carmel, N.Y.) and freshman Philip Connolly (Garden City, N.Y.) each posted rounds of 73 (+1), while junior CJ Merritt (Plainview, N.Y.) fired a 74 (+2). Freshman Luke Grebinar (Leominster, Mass.) added a 75 (+3) as FSC recorded five of the top-seven scores on Sunday.
The Rams were 5-under as a team through the front nine in the windy conditions.
The second and final round of the Skyline Championship will be played Monday, October 20th, with the first tee time scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at Eisenhower Park.
