MacKenzie Gisler (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) won their match against their Gryphons (1-5, 0-2) by a 6-0 score, as did the FSC No. 3 tandem of juniorsÂ
Heather McGullam (Hauppauge, N.Y.) and
Rebecca Ness (Clintondale, N.Y.). The visitors' top-flight pair of sophomoreÂ
Natalia Furchel (Manorville, N.Y.) and junior
Amanda Jones (Mastic Beach, N.Y.) rounded out doubles play with a 6-1 decision over Sarah Lawrence's Naomi Spellman and Josey Jackson.

Gabriella Loria (Levittown, N.Y.) andÂ
Mikayla DeMaria (West Babylon, N.Y.) each carded 6-0, 6-0 victories in the fifth and sixth flights, respectively, while Gisler conceded just one first-set game in her triumph at the No. 4 slot. Collings (No. 1 flight) and Furchel (second flight) won by identical 6-1, 6-1 decisions, before Jones closed out the match with a 6-3, 6-3 win in the third position.
Farmingdale State is back in action on Thursday afternoon when they take on Baruch in a non-conference match at 4:30 p.m.
