Troy, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's tennis team won their seventh straight match after this afternoon's 9-0 Skyline victory over The Sage Colleges in Troy, N.Y.

In doubles competition, senior's Jessica Sickles (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) and Alex Bentz (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) paired for an 8-0 win in the #1 position, while sophomore's Priscilla Signore (Staten Island, N.Y.) and Tatiana Rosamilia (Malverne, N.Y.) also recorded an 8-0 victory in the #2 slot. Sophomore Michelle Fredericks (Farmingdale, N.Y.) and junior Denise Liguori (Massapequa, N.Y) rounded out the doubles sweep with an 8-3 win for Farmingdale State (10-1, 5-0).

In singles, Sickles (6-0, 6-0), Signore (6-0, 6-2), Bentz (6-1, 6-2), Fredericks (6-1, 6-1), Rosamilia (6-1, 6-0) and Liguori (6-1, 6-0) all tallied victories.

The Rams next will host Brooklyn College in a non-conference match on Thursday, October 16th at 4:30 p.m.
