Rams Season Ends in Skyline Quarterfinals

#3 St. Joseph's - 5, #6 Farmingdale State - 2

West Islip, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's tennis team fell on the road to St. Joseph's College in the quarterfinal round of the Skyline Conference Playoffs. The Rams were defeated 5-2, ending the season with a 5-6 overall record.

Senior Oshea Davis (Hempstead, N.Y./Freeport) earned Farmingdale's only two points in 1st singles and 1st doubles. Davis defeated senior Kelly Crawford (East Islip, N.Y./East Islip) 6-1, 6-2 in 1st singles and teaming with senior Kate McEntee they won 9-8 (7-4) in 1st doubles.

St. Joseph's advances to face Bard on Saturday, October 24th at 11:00am.
