FARMINGDALE, N.Y. | The 2025 Academic All-District Men's Track & Field teams were released Tuesday by College Sports Communicators, and Farmingdale State College junior pole vaulter
Nicholas Lourenco (Bay Shore, N.Y.) was named as a recipient of the prestigious honor.
Lourenco is a Criminal Justice:Law Enforcement Technology major, and leaped to a mark of 4.45 meters (14-7.25) during the indoor campaign at the The William Sutherland III Invitational in New Haven, Conn. – a mark that tied for the 21st-best among AARTFC qualifiers. He is also the two-time champion at the Skyline Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship in as many seasons with the Rams' program.
Lourenco's Academic All-District honor comes one year after earning Second Team All-America kudos at the 2024 NCAA Division III Men's Indoor Track & Field Championship (Virginia Beach, Va.) with a 12th-place showing.Â
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
