Espey, Fava, Livingston and Sohm each are repeat selections from the 2024 edition of the all-conference team.
A first-team selection one season ago, Fava caused 26 turnovers in her second season with the Rams, which enters Skyline Conference Championship play tied for the fourth-most in the league. She also scooped up 34 ground balls, and while scoring two goals and dishing out one assist. In her two-year FSC career, Fava has caused 64 turnovers across her 34 starts, while picking up 87 ground balls.Â
Livingston was the Offensive Player and Rookie of the Year in the Skyline as a freshman, and continued to impress in her second collegiate season. An all-region selection one year ago, she scored 82 points in regular-season play on 39 goals and 43 assists, and holds national rankings in assists per game (23rd, 2.87) and points per game (38th, 5.47). A two-time Offensive Player of the Week selection (April 1, 15) she ranks only behind Fava on the team leaderboard with 23 caused turnovers on the Farmingdale State defensive riding game. Livingston's 202 career points (114g, 88a) rank sixth in program history, and are the highest two-year total.
Loughran scored a team-high 60 goals in her debut Rams season, good for the second-best mark in the Skyline. She netted five-plus seven occasions in the regular season, including a career-best seven on April 9 versus Mount Saint Mary, and six apiece versus 11th-ranked TCNJ (April 2) and Maritime (April 4) in back-to-back outings. Loughran's 73 points trail only Livingston among FSC leaders, and her 3.75 goals and 4.56 points per game rank second and eighth in the Skyline, respectively.
Valenzano contributed to the Farmingdale State defense as a starter in her inaugural collegiate season, rounding out her regular season with 32 ground balls and 19 caused turnovers. She notched multiple takeaways on seven occasions during the regular season, including four times in her last five games.
Cassese ranks second on the team with 39 draw controls, third with 31 ground balls and fourth in both goals (16) and points (23). Her six points (2g, 4a) against Mount Saint Mary on April 9 marked a career-high.
Espey repeats as a second-team selection, and leads the Rams with 48 draw controls – which is tied for seventh in the Skyline. She has also scooped 13 ground balls and caused nine turnovers, while registering nine points on seven goals and two assists.
Sohm is a repeat second-team honoree, and ranks third on Farmingdale State in all three scoring categories (28-11–39). She enters the conference tournament with hat tricks in four of her last six games, including a four-goal, two-assist effort in Friday's regular-season finale at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
Stamatelo, the Most Outstanding Player of the 2024 Skyline Championship, has posted a conference-best .516 save percentage on 181 saves this spring. Her 11.31 saves per game rank 13th nationally, while her save percentage ranks 20th. Stamatelo enters the Skyline tourney with a 10.63 goals against average that ranks third on the Skyline leaderboard.
