Freshman

Farmingdale State is tied atop the Skyline standings after Friday's sweep over St. Joseph's-Long Island on the road. Prior to the game, the teams
combined on an initiative to raise awareness for mental health and wore matching shirts in support of helping to "break the stigma."
Junior outfielder
Richie Heyder (Holbrook, N.Y.) received the Skyline's Player of the Week award, as the nation's 21st-ranked hitter (.449 batting average) went 10-for-17 across two doubleheaders (Manhattanville, April 14) with three doubles, five runs, four RBI and one home run.

Men's Lacrosse (13-3, 5-1 Skyline) |Â
Skyline Weekly Report
FSC received three voting points in
this week's USILA Division III Coaches Poll, and sits in a three-way tie for first place in the Skyline standings after wins against Mount Saint Mary (April 15) and Mount Saint Vincent (April 17), and an overtime setback Tuesday night at Maritime.Â
Before Tuesday's game against the Privateers, the team was recognized on the Farmingdale State campus as the
recipient of the Carnegie Community Service Award.
Senior attack
Andrew Giovinco (Syosset, N.Y.) was named the Skyline's Player of the Week, as he registered 12 points (11g, a) over the team's games against Mount Saint Mary and Mount Saint Vincent.
The Rams will play host to Senior Day on Saturday at 12:30 p.m., in the regular-season finale against Manhattanville University. A win over the Valiants would give Farmingdale State the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage in next week's Skyline Conference Championship (semifinals: April 29; final: May 2) by virtue of the Skyline's tiebreaking procedures.
Women's Lacrosse (8-7, 7-0 Skyline) |Â
Skyline Weekly Report
After suffering a non-conference defeat to Kean last Tuesday, Farmingdale State captured Skyline wins Friday against Purchase, and yesterday (April 22) to Mount Saint Vincent.Â
The Rams are tied at 7-0 atop the Skyline standings with the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and Friday's winner of the teams' 7 p.m. tilt in Kings Point, N.Y., will earn the No. 1 seed for next week's six-team Skyline Conference Championship.
Sophomore attacker
Carly Livingston (Farmingdale, N.Y.) was named to the Skyline's weekly honor roll, as against Purchase, she tied a school single-game record with 15 points (previous: Julia Tuohy, vs. Maritime; April 21, 2018).
FSC has already earned a first-round bye in next week's conference tournament, and will play host to a semifinal game next Thursday (May 1) at a time to be determined. The championship final will take place Saturday, May 3, at the highest-remaining seed.

The Rams finished last weekend's (Sat.-Sun.) FSC Spring Invitational tied for second place in the 16-team field (569 strokes), which included a school-record round of 282 on Sunday. FSC bested two nationally ranked teams (including sixth-ranked Huntingdon) with its finish, along with two other teams also receiving votes in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Division III Coaches Poll.
Farmingdale State will next compete Friday at Bethpage's Blue Course, as part of the Old Westbury Invitational.
