FARMINGDALE, N.Y. |Â Farmingdale State College secured a first-round bye for the upcoming 2025 Skyline Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship on Tuesday afternoon, as the Rams defeated conference foe University of Mount Saint Vincent, 18-3.
FSC (8-7, 7-0 Skyline) wraps up regular-season play Friday night (April 25) at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in a 7 p.m. opening draw, with the winner securing the No. 1 seed in the six-team tournament. First-round play will take place April 28, with the semifinal rounds being held at FSC and USMMA on Thursday, May 1. The championship final will be contested on Saturday, May 3, at the highest-remaining seed.
Against the Dolphins (2-8, 2-6), seven different Farmingdale State players scored goals, including sophomore attacker
Carly Livingston (Farmingdale, N.Y.), who led all players with six goals and three assists for a nine-point afternoon. Senior midfielder
Jules Loughran (Smithtown, N.Y.) chipped in with five goals and two assists, while junior

UMSV got on the board 1:05 after the opening whistle, before FSC proceeded to rip off the next 14 goals en route to a 14-2 halftime advantage. Loughran and Livingston completed hat tricks at the 7:25 and 3:37 marks of the first quarter, respectively, with Livingston's fourth score of the afternoon giving the hosts a 9-1 lead after one period of play.
Loughran's 58th goal of the season, and fourth of the afternoon, came at the 12:55 mark of the second quarter off a pass from sophomore
