Jules Loughran (Smithtown, N.Y.) scored a career-high six goals on Monday night, including the go-ahead tally with 7:58 remaining, to push the Farmingdale State College women's lacrosse team to its first win of the season, 13-9, over Ramapo College.

After the visitors scored three times in the first six-plus minutes of the second half to pull within one goal, Livingston stopped the spurt with her second goal of the night with 5:22 remaining in the third period to up the FSC lead to 8-6. The Roadrunners countered with a goal off the ensuing draw, before Neu's second goal of the contest came off a feed from Livingston with 1:47 to go, giving the Rams a 9-7 edge heading into the fourth period.Â
Ramapo scored twice to start the fourth quarter to draw level at 9-9 with 9:33 left. The Roadrunners received a yellow card more than one minute later, and Livingston found Loughran for the tie-breaking, player-up goal with 7:58 showing on the scoreboard. Farmingdale State will next head on their spring break trip to West Palm Beach, Florida, where they will play Division II opponent Lynn University (March 19, 4 p.m.) and NAIA member Keiser University (March 20, 5 p.m.).
