FARMINGDALE, N.Y. | FSC attackmen Kamryn Gill (Riverhead, N.Y.) and Thomas Mai (Islip, N.Y.) tallied four goals apiece to guide the men's lacrosse team to an 18-8 win over Hartwick in their home opener on Saturday. The Rams improved to 2-2 on the season, while the Hawks are now 1-1.

FSC led 10-7 with six minutes remaining in the third quarter and used scores by Gill, Mai and sophomore defender Sean Lawson (Mattituck, N.Y.) to jump ahead by six.

The Rams registered five of the six goals in the fourth, including three from senior midfielder Kyle Kolano (Babylon, N.Y.), as they went on for the 18-8 non-conference victory.
