(RV) Haverford 6, Farmingdale State 0
FARMINGDALE, N.Y. | The Farmingdale State College men's soccer team played host to non-conference foe Haverford College – which is the first team listed in the "others receiving votes" category of the United Soccer Coaches Division III poll – on Wednesday afternoon, where the undefeated Fords captured a 6-0 decision over the Rams.
Haverford (8-0-7) carried a 2-0 lead into halftime behind goals in the 13th and 40th minutes, as FSC senior keeper
Rocco Dispinseri (Dix Hills, N.Y.) made six saves prior to intermission to keep his team within striking distance. The Fords added a pair of goals within the first eight minutes of the second half to put the game out of reach.
Freshman winger
Lucca Noboa (Freeport, N.Y.) placed one shot on target for Farmingdale State, which returns to Skyline Conference play Saturday night (Oct. 18) in a 5 p.m. kickoff at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, N.Y.
