WAYNE, N.J. | The Farmingdale State College volleyball team competed in a tri-match at William Paterson University on Saturday afternoon, falling in four sets to Pratt Institute, and the host Pioneers.

The Rams fell in an extra-point first set by a 28-26 count, before capturing a 25-13 set in the third frame.Â

Kalena Ricketts (Cambria Hts., N.Y.) led FSC with a match-best 20 kills on .218 hitting to go with 13 digs. Junior middle
Mikayla Profeta (W. Islip, N.Y.) chipped in with 14 points on 11 kills and as many digs, while senior outside
Madeline Stanley (Massapequa Pk., N.Y.) added 11 kills and nine passes. Sophomore defensive specialist
Delaney Keegan (Lake Grove, N.Y.) topped Farmingdale State with 14 digs against the Cannoneers (6-8).

After falling behind by two sets, FSC (5-10) got untracked with a 25-19 win in the third stanza. Ricketts's 14 points (13k, two block assists) paced the visitors against the Pioneers (13-4), with Profeta earning 9.5 points on two total blocks (one solo) and seven kills. Keegan set a career-high with 17 digs, while freshman outside hitter
Doly DeJesus (Geneva, N.Y.) registered two points at the service line.
