Biography

Sophia is a 2023 graduate of Plainedge High School, where she earned the Coaches Award. Sophia transferred to FSC after playing volleyball at Emmanuel College. She is the daughter of Beth and Bryan Rose.

2025...Played in 13 sets across nine matches in debut Farmingdale State season...set two block assists, while flooring four kills.
