Madisyn is a 2018 graduate of Francis Lewis High School, where she earned the Coaches Award, was a two-time All-Tournament Player, Scholar Athlete and two-time Bayside Volleyball Club MVP. Madisyn transferred to Farmingdale State after playing volleyball at Hunter College. She is the daughter of Judy Surrago.
