Alana is a 2025 graduate of Amityville Memorial High School, where she earned All-League, All-Conference, All-County, All-Classification and MVP. Alana is the daughter of Sharette and Gary Henry.

2025...All-Skyline Conference Second Team...two-time Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week (Oct. 6, 20)...started in 22 of her 25 appearances, playing in 80 sets...ranked second on team with 189 kills, 37 total blocks (13 solo) and 214 points.
