Jessica is a 2016 graduate of MacArthur High School, where she was named All-County and All-Long Island Second Team her senior season. She is also a 2016 Long Island Champion. Jessica is the daughter of Steve and Debbie Lombardo.
Senior year...Started 23 games and led the team with 21 runs batted in...Also ranked third for doubles (6) and home runs (1), fifth for hits (19), walks (5), total bases (28) and slugging percentage (.418), seventh in batting average (.284) and ninth for runs scored (9)...In the Skyline, she ranked first for sacrifice flies (5) and ninth in runs batted in...She finished sixth in the NCAA for sacrifice flies.
Junior year...Started 35 games and led FSC in hits (34), doubles (10) and RBI (32), ranked second in total bases (49), fourth for both batting average (.309) and slugging percentage (.445) and fifth for runs scored (14) and on-base percentage (.344). In the conference, was second in runs batted in and fourth for doubles...Ranked 28th in the Nation for sacrifice flies.
Sophomore year...Named Second Team All-Conference...Played in 33 games with 32 starts...Led the team in batting average (.375), hits (36), doubles (8), runs batted in (27), and total bases (54) and ranked second in runs scored (25), on-base percentage (.422), slugging percentage (.563), triples (2) and home runs (2)...In the Skyline, finished first in fielding double plays (7), third in runs batted in, sixth in hits, seventh in putouts (123), eighth in doubles, ninth in both runs scored and slugging percentage and 10th for batting average.
Freshman year...Named Skyline Conference Rookie of the Year and Second Team All-Conference...Appeared in 35 games with 30 starts...Led the team in home runs (3) and RBI's (22), was second in batting average (.333), slugging percentage (.516) and walks (16), ranked third in runs scored (20) and on-base percentage (.423) and was fourth in hits (31)...In the Skyline, ranked second in homeruns, sixth in walks and 10th in RBI's.
