Farmingdale State College

Sarah is a 2021 graduate of Lynbrook High School. She transferred to Farmingdale State after playing two seasons of lacrosse at Cabrini University. Sarah is the daughter of Lisa and Stephen Fava.

2025...First Team All-Skyline Conference defender...Led FSC with 37 ground balls and 28 caused turnovers...Ranked fourth in the Conference for caused turnovers and was seventh in ground balls.
2024...First-team All-Skyline Conference...two-time Skyline Conference Defensive Player of the Week (March 19, April 30)...led FSC, and all Skyline Conference defenders, with 53 ground balls and 38 caused turnovers...member of Farmingdale State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
2022-23 (at Cabrini)...Started in 30 of her 39 games with the Cavaliers, helping the team to a pair of Atlantic East Conference championships and NCAA Division III Championship berths...registered 35 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers across her two seasons.
