Erin Collins is in her fifth season on the Farmingdale State College women's lacrosse coaching staff overall in 2026, after previously serving as an assistant coach with the Rams in 2017.
A native of Bay Shore, N.Y., Collins returned to FSC following a five-year stint as head coach at Skyline Conference foe University of Mount Saint Vincent, where she mentored four All-Skyline selections with the Dolphins. She was a four-year Division I student-athlete at the University of Maryland, where she was a part of the Terrapins' national championship teams in 2014 and 2015. Collins, who received her bachelor's degree in family science from Maryland and a master's in business administration from Mount Saint Vincent, was a three-sport athlete and girls' lacrosse All-American (2011) at West Islip High School.
