Meghan graduated from East Meadow High School in 2012, where she was named All-County for soccer and All-Conference for basketball. She is the daughter of Marianne and John Cleary.
Senior year...Played in 24 games with two starts...Averaged 1.5 points per game and 1.3 rebounds per game...Also forced seven turnovers.
Junior year...Appeared in all 26 games with 12 starts...Averaged 4.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.
