An alumna of Farmingdale State College, Stacy Papantoniou is in her second season as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at her alma mater in 2025-26. A native of Whitestone, New York, she played two seasons of basketball (2018-19, 2021-22) and one season of lacrosse (2022) at FSC following four seasons apiece in both sports during her scholastic career at St. Francis Prep in Queens. Papantoniou, a physical education teacher and basketball coach at John Bowne Elementary School in New York City, received her bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Farmingdale State in 2022 before earning her master's degree in Physical Education from Adelphi University in 2024.
