Alana is a 2025 graduate of Amityville Memorial High School, where she earned All-League, All-Conference, All-County, All-Classification and MVP. Alana is the daughter of Sharette and Gary Henry.

2025-26...One-time Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week selection (Dec. 22)...Played in 23 games as a freshman, earning one start...tallied 84 points (3.7/gm.), 74 rebounds (3.2/gm.), 14 steals and 12 blocked shots.
