Biography

Aleysha is a 2015 graduate of Walt Whitman High School, where she was named All-League and All-County First Team. She is the daughter of Archie Midgett and Latanya Thompson.

Senior year...Appeared in 27 games with 25 starts...Recorded 14 hits, nine runs scored and 5 RBI in 59 at-bats.

Junior year...Played in 23 games with 21 starts...Totaled 13 hits, four doubles, five runs batted in and eight runs scored.

Sophomore year...Appeared in 21 games (19 starts)...Ranked second on the team with five doubles...Tallied 12 hits, 12 runs and 11 RBI.

Freshman year...Appeared in 24 games with 23 starts...Batted .227 and was second on the team in doubles (5) and fifth in hits with 15...Posted a .983 fielding percentage (committed only one error) from her outfield position.
