Victor is a 2012 graduate of Bay Shore High School, where he was All-League and a member of the Suffolk County All-Star Team. Victor was also named Offensive Player of the Year, a Golden Boot Winner and received the Unsung Hero Award. He is the son of Victor M. and Nelis Romero.
