Sarah is a 2022 graduate of Wantagh High School, where she garnered All-State, All-County and Class A MVP kudos. She is the daughter of Rick and Julie Rende.

2024...Second Team All-Skyline Conference...CSC Academic All-District selection...Skyline Conference Elite 19 winner...One of three Rams to play every match...Led the team with 650 assists and 50 aces and was fourth with 238 digs...In the Skyline, ranked second for assists, third for assists per set (7.74) and sixth in aces.
2023...Second-Team All-Skyline Conference...three-time Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week selection (Sept. 27; Oct. 25, 31)...started in 22 of her 24 matches (82 sets played)...ranked third in the Skyline with 7.66 assists per set...was second on FSC with 156 digs, and third with 37 service aces...628 assists is the No. 5 single-season mark in program history.
