Biography

Michael is a 2014 graduate of Somers High School. He is the son of Rob and Gina Cegielski.

Sophomore year...Named First Team All-Conference...Appeared in all 17 games with 16 starts...Led the team in goals (41), assists (22), points (63), shots (113) and game-winning goals (5) and ranked third on the team in man-up goals (4)...Also ranked second in the conference in goals per game (2.41), third in points per game (3.71) and fifth in assists per game (1.29).

Freshman year...Appeared in all 16 games, while starting 14...Led the Rams in assists (15) and ranked second in goals (23), points (38) and man-up scores (2)...Also picked up 28 ground balls and caused two turnovers.
