Matthew is a 2011 graduate of Connetquot High School. He is the son of Vincent and Patricia Pellizzi.

Junior year...Appeared in four games with one start...Tallied one assist and one ground ball.

Sophomore year...Played in eight games and had two ground balls and two caused turnovers.
