Biography

Frederick is a 2013 graduate of Lawrence High School, where he was a county qualifier in wrestling his senior year. Prior to FSC, Frederick attended American International College and Nassau Community College. He is the son of Frederick Thomas III and Valerie Hinton.

Junior year...Appeared in seven games...Recorded four goals, one game-winning goal and four ground balls.
