De'Shawn is a 2018 graduate of Deer Park High School.

Sophomore year...Played in 26-of-27 games with 24 starts...Led the Rams in blocks (37), was second in field goal percentage (48%), third for rebounds per game (5.3) and assists (42) and fifth in steals with 15...In the conference, ranked fourth in blocks, fifth for blocks per game (1.4) and 24th in rebounds per game.
