Farmingdale State College

Jaylin Miller joined the basketball staff as a team manager during the 2021–22 season before transitioning into the role of Assistant Coach for the 2022–23 campaign. Since stepping into the assistant coaching position, Miller has played a key role in helping lead the Rams to three Skyline Conference regular-season championships in as many seasons, and two Skyline Conference Championships and NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Championship (2022–23, 2023–24). The Rams have compiled a record of 58-21 (41-7 Skyline) during his first three seasons on head coach Brendan Twomey's staff.

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Miller was appointed Assistant to the Athletic Director through the NCAA's highly prestigious Pathway to Excellence program in the fall of 2025, further expanding his impact within the department through leadership, administrative development, and student-athlete support. As such, he assists in all facets of administration and execution of the athletic department's mission and goals.

A 2022 graduate of Farmingdale State College, Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. Prior to attending FSC, he competed in one season of collegiate basketball at Utica University (Empire 8) during the 2018–19 season.

Beyond the collegiate athletics landscape, Miller is the CEO and founder of Basketball Fly, a brand built to promote positive direction, sustainable life skills, physical fitness, and urban lifestyle culture through the game of basketball. Basketball Fly has partnered with Core Group Enterprises (CGE LAB) to deliver youth sports programming, leadership and mentoring initiatives, basketball tournaments, camps, clinics, and impactful community-based programs.
