Biography

Peter is a 2019 graduate of Shoreham-Wading River High School, where he was named All-League his senior year. Prior to Farmingdale State, Peter attended Suffolk County Community College and played baseball at Limestone University. He is the son of Michael and Michelle Minneci.

Freshman year...Played in 16 games, with 15 starts...Ranked second on the team with six doubles...Recorded nine hits, three walks and six runs batted in.
