Justin is a 2016 graduate of MacArthur High School, where he earned All-County honors. Justin is the son of Laurie and Gabe Norcini.

Freshman year...Appeared in 20 games, while starting seven...Hit .382 in 34 at bats with five RBI's, eight runs scored and four doubles.
