Biography

Anthony graduated from Iona Prep. High School in 2014. Prior to Farmingdale State, he attended Belmont Abbey. He was selected to the Mayor's Cup for the CHSAA. Anthony is the son of Doreen and Louis Gigante.

Junior year...Played in 37-of-38 games (29 starts)...Ranked second on the team in runs scored (16), third in walks (12) and stolen bases (8), fourth on-base percentage (.374), doubles (3), at-bats (95) and fielding percentage (.971) and fifth in hits (28).

Sophomore year...Appeared in 29 games with 17 starts...Ranked fifth on the team with 12 walks...Tallied 10 runs and 17 hits in 64 at bats.

Freshman year...Played in 29 games (28 starts)...Ranked third on the team in stolen bases (12) and assists (54), was tied for fourth in doubles (2) and was tied for fifth in runs (13).
