MADISON, N.J. | The Farmingdale State College women's volleyball team opened its 2026 campaign Tuesday night, as the Rams fell in four sets at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham.

Samantha Russo (Bay Shore, N.Y.), who registered a double-double with 14 kills on a .255 hitting percentage to go along with 21 digs. Junior right side
Leslie Wandmacher (Bay Shore, N.Y.) floored 12 kills and added one solo block in her Rams debut, while senior setter
Sarah Rende (Wantagh, N.Y.) chipped in with 27 assists, seven digs and two aces to tie for the team-high at the service line with freshman

Farmingdale State is back in road action on Thursday night, when it plays at 7 p.m. at CCNY in Manhattan, before opening its home slate Friday afternoon at 3 versus Suffolk University.
