NEW YORK | The Skyline Conference released its latest weekly reports on Monday afternoon, and a Farmingdale State College baseball player earned player of the week honors for the second consecutive week.
Baseball (19-9, 12-4 Skyline) | Skyline Weekly Report
The Farmingdale State baseball team went 6-0 in Skyline action last week, improving to 12-4 and extending their winning streak to 13 straight.
Senior right fielder
Richie Heyder (Holbrook, N.Y.) was named Co-Player of the Week after hitting 10-for-16 with 13 runs batted in, 12 runs scored, three doubles, two home runs and two stolen bases. Heyder currently leads the Nation with a .512 batting average and .643 on-base percentage.
The Rams host non-conference opponent Baruch for a single 9-inning game on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. before playing a pair of conference doubleheaders on the weekend: Friday at Purchase at 3:00 p.m. and Saturday versus Old Westbury at 2:00 p.m. (Senior Day to be held between games)
Women's Lacrosse (7-9, 6-2 Skyline) | Semifinal Tickets
The Rams concluded their regular season schedule 6-2 in conference action and are the No. 2 seed for the playoffs.
They earned a first-round bye and will host No. 3 Mount Saint Mary in the semifinals of the Skyline Conference Championship on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. -

Outdoor Track and Field | Skyline Championship Results
The Farmingdale State women's outdoor track & field team captured the 2026 Skyline Conference Championship on Sunday with a team score of 240 points, while the men's team placed second in the championship, registering a total of 238 points on the day.

Adonias Mercado (Hillsdale, N.Y.) repeated as the Skyline's Field Athletes of the Year, while freshman
Ethan Zacarolli (Hillsdale, N.Y.) was tabbed the Rookie of the Year on the men's side. Head Coach
Daniela Georgieva earned both the Men's and Women's Coach of the Year honors in voting by her peers.
The Rams are back in competition on Thursday, May 7th, when they compete in the West Point Twilight meet.
Softball (18-14, 10-2 Skyline) | Skyline Weekly Report
The FSC softball team went 1-3 last week, earning a victory over visiting New York University.
This week, Farmingdale State will play four doubleheaders: Monday at Old Westbury at 5 p.m., Wednesday versus Hunter at 3:30 p.m., Friday versus Purchase at 3:00 p.m. and Saturday versus St. Joseph's-Brooklyn at noon (Senior Day at 11:45 a.m.).
Men's Tennis (11-7, 7-1 Skyline) | All-Conference Awards
The men's tennis team earned a trio of 7-0 victories last week to finish off Skyline Conference play.
Three student-athletes from Farmingdale State earned All-Conference honors as junior

Zakaria Ahmed (Manhasset, N.Y.) and freshman
Devan Melandro (Syosset, N.Y.) all received first-team recognition. Additionally, 20th-year Head Coach
Adam Waterhouse was selected as Coach of the Year in voting by his peers for the third-consecutive season.

Farmingdale State closed its regular season with a pair of Skyline Conference victories over Maritime and Mount Saint Vincent.
They have earned the No. 2 seed for the Skyline Conference playoffs and will host No. 3 Maritime on Thursday, April 30th at 7:00 p.m. -
