COMPLETE MBWA ALL-MET RELEASE
NEW YORK | The Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) announced its 2025-26 NCAA Division III All-Met teams Tuesday morning, and Farmingdale State College seniors
Michael Notias (Manhasset, N.Y.) and
Sean Conroy (Staten Island, N.Y.) earned First and Second-Team honors, respectively.
The 2025-26 All-Met teams will be honored at the 93rd MBWA Haggerty Awards dinner on Thursday, April 23rd, at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Center in Tarrytown, NY. The Haggerty dinner is the longest running, media-managed college basketball awards program in the United States.
Notias, who was named First Team All-Conference and Third Team All-Region, led FSC this year in scoring (14.9), assists (130), field goals (151) and steals (49). He finished the year ranked 13th in the Nation with a 2.95 assist/turnover ratio and will leave Farmingdale State as its ninth all-time leading scorer with 1,154 career points.
Conroy, who also earned First Team All-Skyline Conference honors, ranked ninth in the conference with 14.6 points per game. He was second in 3-point field goals made with 70 and fourth with a 38.3 3-point field goal percentage. Conroy finished 53rd in the Nation for 3-pointers made and ends his four-year career with 1,052 points.
