NEW YORK |Â The Skyline Conference released its fall weekly reports Monday afternoon, and four student-athletes from Farmingdale State College collected weekly awards, with another three being earning honorable mention kudos.

Farmingdale State's harriers captured three weekly awards following their performances at Saturday's Golden Eagles Invitational in Stony Brook, N.Y., where the men took second place while the women's squad checked in in eighth.
Rams' men's competitors, junior
Gabriel Aguilar (Levittown, N.Y.) and freshman
Matthew Misciagna (Hauppauge, N.Y.), were selected as the Skyline's Runner and Rookie of the Week, respectively. Aguilar was the top Division III finisher and placed second in a photo-finish time of 28:22.1 on the 8,000 meter course, while Misciagna placed 15th with his 29:29.8 time.
Freshman
Amelia Vitale (Hauppauge, N.Y.) was named Women's Rookie of the Week, as she was the top Division III freshman finisher with her 12th place time of 21:44.4 on the 5,000-meter circuit.
FSC is back on the course on Sunday, Sept. 28, when it competes at famed Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx for the Queensborough Cross Country Invitational.
Men's Soccer (1-4-1, 0-0-1 Skyline)Â |Â Skyline Report
The Rams went 1-0-1 last week, coming from behind Wednesday for a 4-3 victory against Baruch before drawing versus St. Joseph's-Brooklyn in both teams' Skyline Conference opener on Saturday afternoon.
Freshman winger
Lucca Noboa (Freeport, N.Y.), scored his first two collegiate goals midweek versus the Bearcats – including the game-winning strike in the final three minutes – to earn Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week distinction.
Farmingdale State is back on the field in Skyline action Saturday afternoon at 3 at Sarah Lawrence College, before facing off next Monday (Sept. 22) at Division I Stony Brook in a 6 p.m. kickoff.

FSC competed in the 36-hole Duke Nelson Invitational over the weekend (Sat.-Sun.) in Middlebury, Vt., placing 12th in the highly competitive field. Junior
CJ Merritt (Plainview, N.Y.) garnered honorable mention accolades from the Skyline after placing 29th with a 10-over-par weekend – including a 4-over score of 75 on Sunday.
The team next travels to Lewisburg, Pa., and the Bucknell University Golf Course, to take part in The Gauntlet competition, Sept. 21-22.
Women's Soccer (2-4-1, 1-0 Skyline) |Â Skyline Report
The Rams competed in a pair of matches over the weekend, losing by one goal on Saturday at FDU-Florham, before falling 2-0 at home on Sunday to regional mainstay Arcadia University.
Freshman striker
Paulina Fonfara (Glen Cove, N.Y.) copped an honorable mention nod from the Skyline, after she notched her conference-leading fifth goal of the season from the left end line 15 minutes into Saturday's game versus the Devils.
A pair of non-conference contests are on the team's schedule this week, with FSC playing host to SUNY New Paltz on Wednesday night at 7:30, before traveling to the University of Scranton for a 1 p.m. kickoff on Saturday.
Women's Tennis (1-3, 1-0 Skyline) | Skyline Report
Farmingdale State suffered a pair of defeats in non-conference competition, losing a narrow 4-3 match Tuesday at the University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut, before dropping its home opener Saturday versus Pratt Institute.

MacKenzie Gisler (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) was an honorable mention selection by the Skyline, as she teamed with classmate
Mikayla DeMaria (West Babylon, N.Y.) to go 2-0 across their slate of doubles matches on the week.
Non-conference play continues for the Rams with a pair of away matches this week, including Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. against Western Connecticut State University, and a noontime first serve on Saturday against Hunter at the USTA National Tennis Center.
Volleyball (6-2)Â |Â Skyline Report
FSC split its pair of home matches, capturing a 3-0 victory Tuesday against Brooklyn College before falling in straight sets two nights later to Ramapo College of New Jersey.
The Rams' three-match homestand wraps up Tuesday night at 6 against FDU-Florham, before the team travels to Pratt Institute, Thursday at 7 p.m.

Farmingdale State's fall portion of the schedule saw a split of its two home matches last week, as the hosts fell Wednesday to Division II institution Adelphi University, before blanking Pratt Institute on Saturday, 7-0.
