Paulina is a 2025 graduate of Glen Cove High School, where she was named All-County all four years and a Top-100 player. Paulina is the daughter of Peter and Kasia Podsiadlo.

2025...Played in 17 games, with 16 starts...Led FSC with three game-winning goals and ranked second for goals (8), points (18), shots (56) and shots on goal (31)...In the Skyline, finished fifth for both game-winning goals and shots, was seventh for shots on goal and 10th for goals.
