FARMINGDALE, N.Y. | Senior midfielder Thomas Stock (Selden, N.Y.) scored a career-high 12 points on seven goals and five assists on Tuesday afternoon, as top-seeded Farmingdale State College defeated No. 4-seed Manhattanville University in the semifinal round of the 2025 Skyline Conference Men's Lacrosse Championship, 18-6.

Stock, a first-team all-conference selection in the midfield and last season's Skyline Conference Offensive Player of the Year, became the first player in FSC history to reach 300 career points. He now has 301 (190g, 111a) across his illustrious career with Farmingdale State (15-3), and his 12-point showing is the second-most points in a game in school history (13 – Bobby Thomas, at Richard Stockton on March 27, 2013; current FSC assistant coach Terrence Haggerty, versus Mount Saint Vincent on April 23, 2022).

The defending-champion Rams will next play host to the Skyline Championship Final on Friday night at 7 p.m., against second-seeded United States Merchant Marine Academy – which defeated Maritime College in Tuesday's other semifinal, 18-8.

Similar to the teams' regular-season finale three days prior, Farmingdale State and Manhattanville (5-12) were tied at the end of one period of play – this time, at 3-3. The visiting Valiants responded to pair of goals by Skyline Conference Offensive Player of the Year, senior Andrew Giovinco (Syosset, N.Y.), by ripping off three-consecutive goals to go ahead 3-2 with 4:28 left. Stock's first score of the afternoon came with 2:10 showing on the first-quarter clock, and started a string of four-straight tallies (including three by Stock) to put the host side up 6-3 with 12:09 to go in the opening half.

After Manhattanville closed its deficit to 7-5 at the 8:32 mark, the Farmingdale State defense kept the Valiants off the scoreboard until 1:04 remained in the game. FSC carried an 11-5 lead into the intermission, and 14-5 entering the fourth quarter, as senior first-team attacker Kamryn Gill (Riverhead, N.Y.) completed a natural hat trick in the third period. In total, the scoreless string for the Valiants lasted for 37:28 of play.

Gill (3g, 3a) and fellow first-team all-conference attacker Adam Giovinco (So.; Syosset, N.Y.) ended the afternoon with six points apiece, with the younger Giovinco dishing out four assists and scoring two goals. Andrew Giovinco collected four points on the day, finishing off his hat trick off a feed from Stock midway through the second quarter. 

The Rams' defense, which included sophomore All-Skyline long-stick midfielder Sean Lawson (Mattituck, N.Y.), freshman defender Logan Reese (West Islip, N.Y.) and all-conference defenders Joseph Bleck (So.; Farmingdale, N.Y.) and William Henry (Sr.; West Islip, N.Y.), helped limit Manhattanville to just 12 shots on target on the afternoon. Senior FSC goalie Nick Rizzuto (Bohemia, N.Y.) made four saves in his nearly 56 minutes of work, while senior all-conference face-off specialist Antonio Kaminskey (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) won 69.2 percent of his tilts at the midfield "x" on an 18-of-26 display.
