FARMINGDALE, N.Y. | The Farmingdale State women's volleyball team hosted non-conference opponent Western Connecticut State on Tuesday evening and fell in three sets. FSC now sits at 1-3 overall, while the Wolves improved to 3-3.

The Wolves captured the second set 25-19 before clinching the win with a 25-15 decision in the third.
Ricketts recorded a match-high 10 kills for Farmingdale State, while Profeta had two kills, one service ace and a block assist. Freshman setter
Sarah Rende (Wantagh, N.Y.) finished with 14 assists, three digs and one ace.
For WestConn, Julia Stoliker (9), Taylor Rohan (8) and Helen Megson (7) combined for 24 kills, while Olivia Monteleone had 27 assists.
Farmingdale State next travels to play Hunter College in a non-conference match on Thursday, September 14th at 6:00 p.m.
