KINGS POINT, N.Y. | The Farmingdale State College women's basketball team fell in road Skyline Conference action Wednesday night, as the Rams dropped a 65-32 decision at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.

For FSC (4-13, 3-9 Skyline), sophomore guard Erin Conte (Melville, N.Y.) led the team with seven points including a pair of 3-point field goals, while backcourt mate Jenna Pignataro (So.; Farmingville, N.Y.) added six points and five rebounds. Junior forward Tiffany Sosa (New Hyde Park, N.Y.) chipped in on the glass with seven boards.

Three players from the host Mariners (16-2, 11-2), including double-doubles by Lauren Hunter (12 pts., 10 reb.) and Madison Demos (11 pts., 14 reb.).

Head coach Mark Dellecave's Rams are back in Skyline action Saturday (Jan. 28), when they play host to Manhattanville College at the Walter A. Lynch Sports Center. Tip-off is slated for noon.
