Head Coach: Sean Chamberlain (12th season in 2025-26)

Sean Chamberlain took over as the Farmingdale State head men's lacrosse coach in September of 2014, guiding FSC to its first two Skyline Conference Championships in program history (2024 & 2025). He has led the Rams to the Skyline Conference playoffs in all 11 seasons thus far and holds a 136-55 (.712) career record.

In 2025, Farmingdale State held multiple national rankings, including finishing the season as the second ranked scoring defense in the country. The team received votes in the USILA Top-20 Coaches poll throughout the year and secured a home game for the First Round of the 2025 NCAA Championship.

The three-time Skyline Conference Coach of the Year, he has coached a pair of Skyline Scholar-Athletes of the Year (2015, '21) and Rookies of the Year (2017, '24), three Defensive Players of the Year (2018, '25, '26), and five Offensive Players of the Year (2021-25). Seventy-two Rams have earned All-Conference honors, while two have picked up All-American honors.
 
One of the most respected names in Long Island lacrosse, Chamberlain has also had an impact on growing the game around the country. He is the Co-President of Dynamic Sports Management (DSM), the country's premier provider of youth club teams, camps, clinics, team events, showcases and leagues. DSM oversees Team 91, Leading Edge, My Lacrosse Tournaments, the National Lacrosse Federation and several other entities, where Chamberlain serves on its Board of Directors. The organization has programs on Long Island and throughout the New York metropolitan area, as well as Arizona, Connecticut, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia, serving more than 10,000 athletes and their families annually.
 
Chamberlain also has international experience as the head coach of the Polish national team. He coached the team at the 2010 and 2014 FIL World Championships, where the team finished in the top half of the tournament both times. 
 
A 2007 graduate of Stony Brook University, Chamberlain was honored as one of the university's 40 Under Forty in 2019 and was inducted into the Stony Brook Hall of Fame in 2025. Chamberlain was a team captain as a senior and helped the Seawolves reach the America East playoffs all four years. A Holbrook native, he spent his senior year of high school at Indian Hills (Ohio), where he scored 50 goals and added 90 assists to guide the Braves to a state championship.

Chamberlain is a passionate advocate for the People's Arc of Suffolk, regularly involving both the men's lacrosse program and Team 91 in supporting the organization's mission and community initiatives. He will be honored as the school's Candlelight Ball Honoree in October 2026.
